Terms & Conditions
- SRDS quotations include full “specifications” for installing and commissioning refrigerated & hot counters. Please be advised that SRDS prefer to do their own refrigeration specification based on knowledge and future warranty of the equipment.
- Please note that the following service areas are the responsibility of the customer prior to installation*:
- Electrical Work (external to the counter)
- Plumbing & Drainage Work (external to the counter)
- Access to the building (allowing adequate room for counter access such as the removal of a window or further prohibitive obstacles)
- Ventilation (allowing sufficient air flow to the condensing units & counters, permitting them to operate under the manufacturers guidelines)
SRDS will ensure that, on confirmation of the business, a “service” drawing will be forwarded outlining the full service requirements needed for installation.
Counter dimension drawings will be sent for approval. These will need to be signed and returned before manufacture commences.
* We continue to strive to meet customer needs and retain relationships however, please note that any additional work, other than previously agreed in writing, is not the responsibility of SRDS and will be charged accordingly.

Terms of Business
With regards to payment methods, SRDS currently operates a payment schedule as follows:
- 50% With Order
- Balance plus all VAT due on Installation & Commissioning
