We are delighted to announce the launch of SRDS – “Smiths Retail Design Services”, a consultancy that provides seamless transition for our existing and new customers. SRDS will continue to produce 2D & 3D design layouts and counter concepts under the portfolio brand and goodwill of Bailey & Smiths. We will continue to provide delivery, installation and 1st class aftercare maintenance, in exactly the same manner and professionalism as previously given by Bailey & Smiths. The only difference to you “The Client” is our name, the location we now manufacture at and the cost of our products… Due to the technology available at our “Preferred Manufacturer” costs will now be reduced, offering you significant reductions on display counters, but maintaining and in NO way compromising our “Quality of Build” that has created and enhanced our recognised brand and style of display counters. SRDS’s commitment is to still provide our customers with retail design solutions that are not only innovative but tailored to suit each specific business.

SRDS, have scoured the UK to establish a manufacturing company that has the ability to replicate Bailey & Smiths display products and are thrilled to announce that Counterline Ltd have become SRDS’s “Preferred Counter Manufacturer”. Please note that should you wish to visit “Counterline’s Manufacturing Facilities” as our nominated preferred manufacture, we would be more than happy to show you around the facilities, if not only to reiterate our confidence in the replication of Bailey & Smiths Brand Display Counters & Services. Note that SRDS will continue to provide varying display products to meet individual budgetary requirements. The three tiered level of “mix and match” products available to you are as follows:

  1. Custom Made Display Counters, Purpose built to your own design, specification & dimensional requirement
  2. Modified Modular Display Counters, Customised utilising frontages and designs that fit your Core Brand
  3. Modular Display Counters, Offering you the very best in cost effective display solution

SRDS are much more than just suppliers of counters, we get involved in the planning and design of the whole project. Our CAD and 3D design team can put 2D layouts & visuals together, accurately portraying a completed refit of counters.

Please note, that the design element of SRDS services can be complimented by the following additional services:

  1. Solid Surface Fabrication for Work & Preparation Areas including “Frontage and Surfaces” on Display Counters
  2. Cold Rooms
  3. Ancillary Catering Equipment – Griddles, Coffee Machines, Butchers Blocks etc
  4. Back of House Kitchen Equipment & Stainless Steel Preparation Tables and Wall Cladding
  5. And obviously Hot, Cold & Ambient Display Counters
